I am so glad you went with Wide Horizons also! I am so at peace with our adoption experience through you and the agency you worked with. I am so sorry for those who are doing it wrong, as spoken of in the article, and for the children who are caught in the middle. People will have to answer for the way we have taken care of our weakest members.... our children.
Thanks for the link. I'm reading it with interest. Here's another on a different topic that I've been meaning to send you. I agree with some points, disagree with others. Not sure I'd come to the same conclusion. But it is thoughtful and well written. It is such a responsibility to make these choices, but there is a time for those of us that choose this route after we've informed ourselves and prayed for wisdom that we just have to leap and make that connection with a child.
